Processing time is the time that I am working on creating, mixing, filling, and packaging your order. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Standard processing time for regular cosmetics orders is 14-21 business days. For Crochet By K it is a minimum of 8 weeks for beanies and 12 weeks for shag jackets. There may be delays due to high volume. Please read wholesale product descriptions to see the time frame for wholesale orders. Please allow at least a month from the date you order for the processing time of samples, lip gloss kits, gloss containers, wholesale filled tubes, and wholesale empty tubes. Once your order is dropped off to the post office it is no longer in my possession or control.

All orders are shipped priority mail. Priority mail is 1-4 business day shipping. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow at least 7 business days for the tracking to update.

Smudge Cosmetics LLC operates Monday-Friday. Emails may not be monitored on the weekend.

There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure you are putting the right address in full at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to you putting the incorrect address or due to not adding the apartment/unit number. If a package is returned to Smudge Cosmetics due to insufficient information, you will be responsible to cover the re-shipping fee.
